Shared Resource Group Naming Format & Customization

In the past, when generating shared Resource Groups (RGs) through CloudLabs for Shared Instance labs, the option to assign custom names to these RGs was not available. The default name assigned to the RG was based on the ODL ID. However, with the most recent update, CloudLabs now offers the capability to designate custom names for Shared Resource Groups, in line with the preferences of the administrative users. To observe this newly introduced enhancement, kindly follow the steps outlined below:

1. Navigate to the Users page of any Shared Instance lab and click on the MAP SHARED LAB button.

2. Once you click on the Yes option corresponding to the Automatic resource group creation field, you will be able to provide the Name and choose the Region for the Shared RG.
