Idle Tracking Notice:

The VM is monitored for inactivity. If no activity is detected for 30 minutes, the system will issue a warning. If you do not respond with in 10 minutes, the VM will be automatically deallocated.

Note: You can click on "cancel" or "close [x]" the warning window to resume your work. If you do not respond within the 10-minute window, the VM will be shut down.

Important:

The timer in the top-right corner indicates the total lab duration, not the virtual machine (VM) uptime. To optimize your usage, make sure to deallocate the VM when it's not in use and start it only when needed. You can monitor your remaining VM uptime hours in the Resources tab, which are essential for completing the lab.

Follow the below steps to Start/Stop the VM.

1. On the Lab VM the click on the arrow icon as show in below screenshot to Expand the side window.

2. Navigate to the Resources tab and click on the Deallocate button under the Actions to stop the VM.

3. If you would like to start the VM again you can click on the Start button on the Environment Status page or on the Resources tab under the Actions.
