Overview

This document will guide you through the steps to sign up with CloudLabs VM Labs and start using the platform. You will learn how to:

• Book a demo with the CloudLabs sales team.

• Sign up for a CloudLabs account.

• Access and use the CloudLabs portal.

• Find answers to common questions and issues.

Book a Personalized Demo

If you want to learn more about CloudLabs VM Labs and how it can benefit your organization, you can book a personalized demo with the CloudLabs sales team. During the demo, you will:

• See a live demonstration of the CloudLabs platform and its features.

• Understand the pricing and billing options for CloudLabs.

• Get an estimate of the cost and time required to set up your lab environment.

• Ask any questions or clarifications you may have about CloudLabs.

To book a demo, you can either:

• Send an email to cloudlabs-sales@spektrasystems.com with your name, organization, and preferred time slot.

• Use this link to schedule a meeting with the CloudLabs sales team: https://cloudlabs.ai/vm-labs-demo.

Once you book a demo, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the meeting and a link to join the online session.

Sign Up For a CloudLabs Account

To create a CloudLabs account, you will need to complete the onboarding form. The form will ask you for:

• Your organization’s details, such as name, address, and contact information.

• The list of admins who will have access to the CloudLabs platform and manage your lab environments.

• The name and email of the signing authority who will sign the agreement with CloudLabs.

You can access the onboarding form using this link: https://cloudlabs.ai/vm-labs-signup.

Once you submit the onboarding form, you will receive an email with the agreement for e-signing. The agreement will include the terms and conditions of using CloudLabs VM Labs, the pricing and billing details, and the service level agreement. You will need to review and sign the agreement electronically using the link provided in the email.

After you sign the agreement, we will set up your CloudLabs account and grant you access within 24 hours. You will receive an email with your access details and instructions on how to access and use the CloudLabs portal.

Purchase via Azure Marketplace

You may also purchase CloudLabs using Azure Marketplace, with which you can use your existing Azure subscription and commitments to pay for CloudLabs platform fee and Azure Fee for your CloudLabs deployments. If you wish to sign up via Azure Marketplace, please work with cloudlabs-sales@spektrasystems.com to get a private offer for purchase via Azure Marketplace.
